Reddi memberships (Member and Community) are subscriptions bought through Apple in the Reddi app. They renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time, in a few taps, and you do not need to contact us.
Cancel on your iPhone
In the Reddi app
- Open the Me tab and tap Membership.
- Tap Manage subscription. This opens your Apple subscriptions.
- Choose your Reddi membership and tap Cancel Subscription.
In your iPhone settings
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Choose Reddi and tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also go straight to your subscriptions at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Things to know
- Deleting the app, or your Reddi account, does not cancel your membership. Apple keeps charging until the subscription itself is cancelled.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Apple renews a subscription unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials work the same way. To avoid being charged when a trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it does.
- After you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed. You keep your free Reddi membership.
Refunds and your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, EEA or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of your subscription starting. Where the service has already been partly provided, a refund may be reduced in proportion to what you have used. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Because you paid through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
