The nine domains of integration include:

- Horizontal Integration: Promoting integration between the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
- Integration of Memory: Integrating emotional and factual memories to create a coherent narrative.
- Narrative Integration: Making sense of our life stories and the meaning we attribute to them.
- State Integration: Moving towards emotional states that are more balanced and sustainable.
- Temporal Integration: Developing a sense of time and finding our place within it.
- Interpersonal Integration: Striking a balance between differentiation and connection with others that aligns with our needs.
- Transpirational Integration: Feeling connected to a larger whole and recognizing our place in the broader context.
It's important to note that there is no universally defined endpoint for integration or wellness. Healing and wholeness are subjective experiences, and each individual determines their own path towards well-being.
Relational neuroscience provides a framework for exploring these dimensions of integration and supports individuals in their journey towards healing and self-discovery.
